BIAB is a great product for adding strength, especially if you’re looking to grow your nails out. It’s also great if your nails are weak and tend to chip often with gel polish. However, if you’re not looking to grow your nails out or if your nails last with a gel polish, you don’t need to invest.

If you’re starting your BIAB journey, book in for a BIAB Gel Overlay.
You’ll then either get a short or long refill (ask us if you’re not sure which).

You can choose to just add a BIAB Structure under your gel polish for a bit of extra strength.

We refill our BIAB 3 times, and after that recommend taking it off so we can check everything is gorgeous underneath and do a fresh set.
